The Fabelmans Movie Review
The Fabelmans is an amazing semi-autobiographical movie by Steven Spielberg.
It's impossible not to like it if you love movies. The family drama can be a bit hit and miss due to the script, but the talented cast of Michelle Williams, Paul Dano and Seth Rogan manage to deliver amazing performances.
However, the real star of this show is Spielberg himself. His masterful craftsmanship in how he moves the camera, his framing and his staging are breathtaking. You can feel the passion he put into this movie and it's clear that the last decade has not been wasted.
The movie is funny, well-acted and incredibly directed. The best ending of the year? David Lynch as John Ford? Yes, please! This is definitely one of my favorite movies of the year.
